Meet the team

Carmine Masiello is the Chief Executive Officer of eBUS. He previously founded and sold two multimedia production and post-production companies in Italy, and has over 20 years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience in the IT and video industries. He is also the Founder and Director of eBUS Limited NZ, and director of the Singapore and India subsidiaries.

Michael Orton is the eBUS Chief Operating Officer with responsibility across NZ and Asia. His career started with the BBC in London before embarking on an 15 year period where he held senior positions within the post production and visual effects business in Hollywood. Michael subsequently came to New Zealand where he was Chief Technologist for Oktobor, New Zealand's leading post production house.

Joydeep Ghosh is Head of eBUS India. Based in Mumbai, he brings with him more than 22 years industry experience in media, advertising and retail marketing. Joydeep has worked with in various publishing houses and advertising agencies, including The Times of India, Sunday Mail, O&M, Lintas - Initiative Media, McCann Erickson, and IB&W; including accounts for Hindustan Lever, Cadburys, Asian Paints, Coca Cola and HSBC.
More recently, Joydeep was deeply involved within the leadership team launching Reliance Webstore Ltd's new Innovative News Gathering Solution for all Indian Broadcasters and RCOM's 3G Team, launching 3G services across India.

Will Beattie has overall responsibility for the eBUS development team and is the company's Software Architect and technology evangelist. Will has over eight years experience in the software industry and has lead dozens of projects for major clients including BMW, Pepsi, Network Rail, Cable & Wireless and Rinnai. Will is a highly disciplined and capable Software Architect who still enjoys being involved in all aspects of the development process. He is passionate about being on the bleeding edge of software development technologies and methodologies, and is committed to consistently delivering innovative and creative software solutions.

Conrad Saldanha - Advisor for India and SE Asia HR and sales. Conrad combines more than 35 years of strong General Management experience in Advertising Agencies spread across India and the Asia-Pacific region. After working in India and Singapore for 23 years with the Rediffusion, Dentsu and Young and Rubicam Group, in 2005, Conrad moved to becoming an independent consultant based in Auckland and Mumbai.

Sriram D is an Executive Director of eBUS charged with market expansion across Asia. With more than 20 years in advertising and leadership roles across China and APAC for well known agencies such as Starcom and Aegis Media; Sriram brings with him a deep knowledge of the advertising industry.

Joshua Rea is a Market Advisor for eBUS. Josh comes from a background of working with start-ups at the ICEHOUSE business incubation centre. With a strong passion for entrepreneurship and commercialisation; Josh is committed to aid in implementing product and market expansion strategies.

Marcella Maria Monti is in charge of the User Interface design of eBUS products. After graduating at the European Institute of Design in Milan-Italy she started working as graphic designer and soon moved to video and multimedia design. Since the early 90's Marcella has designed User Interfaces for CDROM/DVD, interactive installations, Computer Based Training and web sites. In her career Marcella has also been special effect supervisor and producer for TV Commercial productions both in Italy and New Zealand.
