Meet the team

Carmine Masiello is the Chief Executive Officer of eBUS. He previously founded and sold two multimedia production and post-production companies in Italy, and has over 20 years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience in the IT and video industries. He is also the Founder and Director of eBUS Limited NZ, and director of the Singapore and India subsidiaries.

Michael Orton is the eBUS Chief Operating Officer with responsibility across NZ and Asia. His career started with the BBC in London before embarking on an 15 year period where he held senior positions within the post production and visual effects business in Hollywood. Michael subsequently came to New Zealand where he was Chief Technologist for Oktobor, New Zealand's leading post production house.

Shirley Henry, Marketing Advisor: Shirley has held strategic marketing roles for some of the world's leading entertainment, consumer and blue-chip brands at the forefront of consumer innovation and technological development. Her international experience includes marketing director roles across Europe and the Middle East for Hollywood Studios, leading factual content providers and news organisations. She has most recently advised a global digital music download retail operator and held the position of Marketing Director for Discovery Channel in London. Shirley excels in using key customer and consumer insights to deliver responsible marketing and communications solutions for entrepreneurial and digital businesses.

Ajay Verma is Chief Executive of the eBUS India subsidiary, based in Mumbai. He is a thorough business professional with over 15 years of advertising and marketing experience. He has worked with leading advertising agencies like O&M, Draft-FCB, Rediffusion Y&R, Contract and Percept Hakuhodu. During his career he has led leading brands like Colgate, HSBC, Pennzoil, Tata Sky, Cadburys and Franklin Templeton. on their national and international communication and marketing assignments.

Noppakorn Thongman is eBUS' General Manager in Thailand with the additional responsibility of expansion into Vietnam and Cambodia. Based in Bangkok, Nop has over 10 years of marketing communication strategy experience gained with local and international advertising agencies, including SPA Advertising, Bates Thailand and Saatchi & Saatchi. He has also been involved in the TV content business for licensing, creative & production and broadcasting in Thailand and Indochina region with world leading TV format licensing and distribution companies such as Fremantle Productions Asia and True IPTV.

Will Beattie has overall responsibility for the eBUS development team and is the company's Software Architect and technology evangelist. Will has over eight years experience in the software industry and has lead dozens of projects for major clients including BMW, Pepsi, Network Rail, Cable & Wireless and Rinnai. Will is a highly disciplined and capable Software Architect who still enjoys being involved in all aspects of the development process. He is passionate about being on the bleeding edge of software development technologies and methodologies, and is committed to consistently delivering innovative and creative software solutions.

Marcella Maria Monti is in charge of the User Interface design of eBUS products. After graduating at the European Institute of Design in Milan-Italy she started working as graphic designer and soon moved to video and multimedia design. Since the early 90's Marcella has designed User Interfaces for CDROM/DVD, interactive installations, Computer Based Training and web sites. In her career Marcella has also been special effect supervisor and producer for TV Commercial productions both in Italy and New Zealand.
