Carmine Masiello - CEO, Founder and Director: Carmine has over 20 years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience in the IT and media industries. In his career in Italy Carmine has had directorship roles in five different private companies. Arriving in NZ in 2004 he joined the ICE Angels investment group and became an active mentor of start-ups as an EiR (advisor/mentor/screening of Start-Ups) of The ICEHOUSE.
Lynette Saldanha - Director: Lynette combines
more than 30 years of strong operational experience in the I.T.
industry with change management and Human Resources expertise. She
has a breadth of hands-on experience that spans both East and West
including Europe, India, Asia and New Zealand. Her strength lies in
being able to identify the potential in a
multi-country/multi-culture opportunity and to develop it to the
fullest.
Jayesh Parekh - Director: Jayesh is one of the
founders of Sony Entertainment Television. Additional to eBUS, he
is on the board of SONG, Asvathaa, and Game Ventures. Jayesh has
worked for IBM for 12 years. He studied in M. S. University of
Baroda and The University of Texas at Austin. He is an
Investor-in-Residence at Singapore Management University and an
Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD. Jayesh is a member of the
Indian Angel Network and a TiE Charter Member.
Andrew Hamilton - Director: Andy brings a career
working with high growth companies. Andy was founding CEO in 2001
of The ICEHOUSE which in 2010, was recognised as one of the top 10
technology incubators in the world by Forbes.com, the only such
group outside the USA. Andrew was, previously founding Chair of the
Angel Association New Zealand and Incubators New Zealand, Founder
and Board Member angel investments network ICE Angels, Executive
Committee of the Pan-Asia Angel Network based out of Singapore and
Director of ANZATECH in Silicon Valley which is a forum for
assisting high growth companies enter the US & Chinese
markets.
