The Board

Carmine Masiello Founder and CEO: eBUS was founded by Carmine Masiello, an Italian businessman who had previously founded and sold two multimedia production and post-production companies in Italy, and has over 20 years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience in the IT and video industries. He is currently Chief Executive Officer and Director of eBUS Limited NZ, and Director of the Singapore and India subsidiaries

Dion Mortensen Director: Over the last 22 years Dion has held a variety of management and leadership roles contributing to a unique perspective on business and entrepreneurs. He started life in IT and quickly moved to senior management and sales roles with private sector clients in New Zealand and internationally. Dion is currently a Director serving the Boards of five organizations, a mixture of SME's, start-ups and a not for profit company.

Lynette Saldanha Director: Lynette combines more than 30 years of strong operational experience in the I.T. industry with change management and Human Resources expertise. She has a breadth of hands-on experience that spans both East and West including Europe, India, Asia and New Zealand. Her strength lies in being able to identify the potential in a multi-country/multi-culture opportunity and to develop it to the fullest.

Conrad Saldanha Director of India subsidiary: Conrad combines more than 35 years of strong General Management experience in Advertising Agencies spread across India and the Asia-Pacific region. After working in India and Singapore for 23 years with the Rediffusion, Dentsu and Young and Rubicam Group, in 2005, Conrad became an independent consultant based in Auckland and Mumbai.
